Cluer HR provide HR consultancy and support services to small and medium sized companies across the Cotswolds, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire from their base in Overbury, Tewkesbury.

Working alongside Kirsten Keen and her team, we have helped them to grow and evolve their communication network and systems over recent years to aid productivity and flexible working.

At the beginning, it was important to understand Kirsten’s business and offering as well as the plans for growth in order to introduce the right communication systems for the organisation which are easily scalable.

Flexible working is an integral element of how Kirsten runs the business. Therefore, simple and agile mobile telephony alongside reliable connectivity is essential for Cluer HR to communicate with and service their clients.

Situated on the Overbury Estate near Tewkesbury, Cluer HR take their connectivity from a dark fibre ring that is installed on the estate.

We provide the router, mobile phones and a soft mobile client across the business and all of their devices.

The systems are designed to be adaptable depending on changes in staff and the requirement of the business. This makes it easier and more cost effective when modifications need to be made to the network.
